My award winning public planting scheme at The Garden Museum

Published on 23 August 2011

My award winning public planting scheme which was on show at the Garden Museum was chosen in April 2011 to be the overall London wide winner of the 2010 Green Corners Award sponsored by the Conservation Foundation. This award is granted to the best London scheme brightening up London which not only addresses the problem of water conservation but also encourages biodiveristy. I was particularly pleased to win this award for the Cherry Tree roundabout which is in a site exposed to wind, drought and frost and has been sponsored by the Southgate Green Association and warmly recieved by the local community.
